European stock markets experienced a robust rebound on Tuesday, successfully offsetting the losses incurred during the previous session. This positive shift was bolstered by nearly all major sectors as investors digested a series of significant economic data releases. The Eurozone's STOXX 50 climbed by 0.7% to reach 5,480, while the pan-European STOXX 600 increased by 0.4%, hitting 556.

Recent PMI figures have shown that the Eurozone's private sector activity has expanded at its most rapid rate in 16 months. This upswing is largely attributed to renewed strength in the services sector, which has fueled optimism regarding the region’s economic resilience amidst ongoing trade-related uncertainties this year.

Consumer discretionary stocks saw notable gains. Companies such as LVMH, L'Oréal, and Adidas all rose by more than 3%. Likewise, automotive giants Volkswagen and Stellantis also advanced by over 3%, effectively reversing the previous day’s downturn in the auto manufacturing sector.

Additionally, Orsted's stock surged by more than 7%, following a U.S. court decision that has allowed work to recommence on the Revolution Wind project off the coast of Rhode Island.
