In November 2025, Saudi Arabia experienced a slowdown in annual wholesale price inflation, which decreased to 2.3% from the previous month's thirteen-month high of 2.9%. This decline was largely influenced by more moderate price increases in the agricultural and fishery sectors, which rose by only 2.3% compared to 4.6% in October. Additionally, price growth for other transportable goods, excluding metal products, machinery, and equipment, eased to 4.3% from 5.4%. Moreover, costs for ores and minerals declined at a quicker rate, falling by 0.8% as opposed to the 0.6% decrease seen in the prior month. Conversely, there was an acceleration in the price rise for metal products, machinery, and equipment, which increased by 0.8% from 0.5%. Prices for food, beverages, tobacco, and textiles remained unchanged, holding steady at 0.5%. On a month-to-month basis, wholesale prices recorded a 0.3% decline in November, a reversal from the 0.5% increase observed during the previous period.
